Explanation of Responses:
(1)  On March 8, 2022, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that inadvertently understated the number of shares of common stock beneficially owned by the reporting person by 6,880 shares. The understatement of the reporting person's ownership by 6,880 shares was repeated on subsequently filed Forms 4. This amendment corrects the reporting person's ownership as reported in the Form 4 filed on March 8, 2022.
