The company announced today that its Gateway and eMachines PCs and LCD displays will be sold nationally through Yodobashi Camera Co. Ltd., one of Japan's leading national retailers. Yodobashi Camera will begin offering eMachines desktop PCs and LCD displays at its store in Akihabara, Tokyo's famous electronics district, on Sept. 16. eMachines desktop PCs and LCD displays as well as Gateway desktop PCs, notebook PCs and LCD displays will soon be available in all 20 Yodobashi Camera stores. The majority of these stores are conveniently located at major public transportation terminals throughout the most populous cities in Japan. Gateway and eMachines brands are now sold through approximately 600 retail storefronts operated by Best Denki, Costco Wholesale Corporation, Gigas K's Denki, Ishimaru Denki Co. Ltd., Joshin Denki Co. Ltd., Nojima Corp., Sakuraya Co. Ltd., Yodobashi Co. Ltd. and Tsukumo Co. Ltd.
