Other Events.

On April 17, 2020, Ferro Corporation (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the location of its 2020 Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on April 30, 2020 has changed to the Company’s headquarters located at 6060 Parkland Boulevard, Mayfield Heights, Ohio 44124. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference.
