announced its Board of Directors has authorized a common stock
dividend of 14 cents per share,
payable June 15, 2022, to the
Company's shareholders of record on May 13,
2022.

Stock Dividend
The Board of Directors of E. I. du Pont de Nemours and Company
(EID) declared regular preferred stock dividends of $1.12-1/2 per share on the $4.50 series preferred stock and $0.87-1/2 per share on the $3.50 series preferred stock – both payable
July 25, 2022, to EID stockholders of
record on July 8, 2022. EID is a
wholly owned subsidiary of Corteva, Inc.
