Constellation Energy Announces Pricing for Six Million Shares of Common Stock; Net Proceeds to Fund a Portion of R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant acquisition BALTIMORE, June 28 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Constellation Energy (NYSE:CEG) today announced its public offering of six million newly issued shares of common stock. Wachovia Capital Markets, LLC is acting as sole manager for this transaction. As previously disclosed, proceeds will be used to fund a portion of the purchase price of the recently acquired R.E. Ginna Nuclear Power Plant, a 495-megawatt facility located north of Rochester, N.Y.
