Constellation Energy Names Jason M. Mullens Vice President, Human Resources for Constellation Energy Resources

Constellation Energy (NYSE: CEG) today announced the appointment
of Jason M. Mullens as vice president, human resources for its
merchant energy subsidiary, Constellation Energy Resources,
effective immediately. In this role, Mullens will be responsible
for leading the integrated human resources capability for the
merchant organization of Constellation Energy. He will jointly
report to Shon J. Manasco, senior vice president and chief human
resources officer, Constellation Energy, and Kathleen W. Hyle,
senior vice president, Constellation Energy, and chief operating
officer, Constellation Energy Resources.
“Jason brings a wealth of business experience, both domestic and
international, as well as diverse technical human resources
expertise to Constellation Energy,” said Manasco. “We’re pleased

Most recently, Mullens served as senior vice president, west
consumer division and national customer experience human resources
executive at Bank of America. In this role, he was responsible for
leading a team focused on delivering end-to-end human resource
solutions for an approximately 30,000-person, multi-billion dollar
retail banking operation for the western United States. He joined
Bank of America in 2000 and held a number of senior management
positions, including senior vice president, global risk leadership
development executive and senior vice president, northeast consumer
division and international card services human resources executive
before being appointed senior vice president, west consumer
division and national customer experience human resources executive
in 2007.
Earlier in his career, Mullens gained valuable experience in
compensation supporting the fixed-income currency and commodities
and investment banking businesses with Goldman Sachs & Co.
Mullens graduated from Stetson University in DeLand, Fla., with
a bachelor’s degree in business administration.
