Coca-Cola FEMSA Announces
Ordinary Dividend Proposal for 2022

City, Mexico – March 2, 2022 – Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: KOFUBL; NYSE: KOF) (“Coca-Cola FEMSA”),
announces that its Board of Directors has proposed an ordinary dividend in the amount of Ps. 5.43 per KOF UBL unit (Ps. 0.67875 per share).
The total amount of dividend proposed is Ps. 11,407 million.
The dividend is subject to approval of the annual shareholders
meeting to be held on March 28, 2022. This proposal represents an increase of 7.7% as compared to the dividend paid during 2021 and, underscoring
Coca-Cola FEMSA’s resilience and commitment with its shareholders, it represents a 53.4% increase as compared to the dividend paid
during 2019.
