Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On June 5, 2020, Church & Dwight Co., Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Joseph Longo joined the Company as Vice President, Accounting. On September 14, 2020 the Company appointed Mr. Longo as Vice President, Corporate Controller and Chief Accounting Officer of the Company, effective immediately, replacing Steven J. Katz, who will stay on with the Company until his previously announced retirement on December 31, 2020.
