Under the terms of the agreement Alltel and Notify will jointly market Notify's NotifyLink Enterprise Edition for Novell GroupWise, Microsoft Exchange, and various IMAP4 email collaboration platforms with Alltel's Palm-Powered(TM) and Windows Mobile(TM)-based wireless PDAs.
