Alltel's board of directors today declared regular quarterly dividends on the company's common stock. The 38 1/2 cent dividend is payable July 3, 2006, to stockholders of record as of June 9, 2006. Regular quarterly dividends also were declared on all series of the company's preferred stock. Preferred dividends are payable June 15, 2006, to stockholders of record as of May 25, 2006.
