Synacor Shares Down After Company Says AT&T to Select New Portal Provider For ATT.net

Shares of Synacor, Inc. (SYNC) are falling in Thursday's
after-hours market, after the company said AT&T Inc. (T)
notified Synacor of its intention to select a new provider of
portal services for ATT.net.
At 5:35 p.m. ET, Synacor shares had fallen 11.84% to trade at
$1.34, on volume of over 24,000 shares. The company's shares lost
1.94% in the day's regular trading session, to close at $1.52.
The technology services company said it was maintaining its
second-quarter and full-year guidance, based on the expectation
that wind-down and migration talks will "take many months and will
be subject to mutual agreement between AT&T and Synacor."
