Mexico Regulators Approve AT&T Acquisition of Time Warner

Companies Expect to Close the Transaction by
the End of 2017
The Instituto Federal de Telecomunicaciones (IFT) and the
Comisión Federal de Competencia Económica (COFECE) have approved
AT&T’s* pending acquisition of Time Warner Inc.

analyze and approve the AT&T-Time Warner merger on its merits,”

AT&T and Time Warner continue to expect to close the deal by
year-end 2017.
