Looks like they have a ways to go before they can collect their $200M from the $11.50 warrants.

Note 11 - Liability Classified Warrants
As of March 31, 2025, there were 17,395,947 public warrants outstanding. Public warrants may only be exercised for a whole number of shares. No fractional shares are issued upon exercise of the public warrants. The public warrants became exercisable on October 30, 2021, 12 months after the closing of the initial public offering of Atlas, the predecessor of Archer. The public warrants will expire five years from the consummation of the Business Combination or earlier upon redemption or liquidation. Once the public warrants become exercisable, the Company may redeem the public warrants for redemption: • in whole and not in part; • at a price of $0.01 per public warrant; • upon not less than 30 days’ prior written notice of redemption to each warrant holder; and • if, and only if, the closing price of the Class A common stock equals or exceeds $18.00 per share (as adjusted for stock splits, stock dividends, reorganizations, recapitalizations and the like) for any 20 trading days within a 30-trading day period commencing after the warrants become exercisable and ending three business days before the Company sends the notice of redemption to the warrant holders.

georgie,take a look at ARCX too (ACHRs newly launched 2X Long ETF)? Goes up or down 2X speed of its core ACHR. Started trading only 4 days ago.Volatile, but anyone liking ACHR will love ACRX too.

I had 9.48 on my chart - I think you are spot on though.

Could test down to the next gap (blue circle) and still have strong market structure support.
Time will tell. A lot will depend on how quickly the company can follow up with more positive news how far the retrace could back test.

That swing high candle from 8.50-9.61 could come into play which would make a test of the whole VbP support zone possible.

Good for you! I've owned mine for a long time too. I have a trading position outside of the core holding that I often write calls against. Well- this time they are called away at $12. I'm kind of astonished, but as my cost basis for all shares is about $4.30- I can't complain. Since the stock is noted for it's pullbacks, I may buy the trading position back in the future. Core position can hang out for the next run.

Going-short on this with significant new-money pouring-in isn’t prudent.

Archer Aviation's Role in LA28
Official Air Taxi Provider: Archer Aviation has been selected as the official air taxi provider for the 2028 Los Angeles Olympic and Paralympic Games, as well as for Team USA.

Midnight eVTOL Aircraft: The company plans to deploy its electric vertical takeoff and landing (eVTOL) aircraft, named Midnight, to transport VIPs, fans, and stakeholders between key Olympic venues.

Transportation Efficiency: Goldstein emphasized the efficiency of air taxis in navigating Los Angeles' notorious traffic, suggesting that trips between venues like Dodger Stadium and SoFi Stadium could be reduced from hours to mere minutes.

Don't forget UAE Launch later this year. FAA will happen before then. 2028 is far off but lots will happen to get operational up to the level to handle that.

Something else to look at is the $11.00 and $12.00 09/18/26 options. The $11.50 warrant expires on 09/16/26.

Its been waffling in that range......... I guess I can give it to $7 at a minimum but that price will definitely happen by August given that
the Olympics are still over 2yrs out.

Then it will either get bought out orrrrrrrrr more certainty with FAA endorsement and authorization will materialize.

Better to have as low an average price as possible so as to render the best yield.

If anything............ Look at 2028 $20 call leap options if they become available.
