The S&P/BNY Mellon index of American depositary receipts
gained 0.3% Monday to 152.86. The European index closed at 126.55,
0.8% higher. The Latin American and emerging-markets indexes closed
lower, falling 0.3% and 0.2% to 195.29 and 393.1, respectively.
Weibo Corp. ADRs declined 13.5% to $38.33 after the company
posted third-quarter results that included a smaller profit and
flat revenue. The Chinese social-media company saw daily active
users rise to 224 million in the quarter, compared with 216 million
in the year-ago period, but its net income declined to 15 cents a
share, down from 64 cents a share a year earlier.
ADRs for Nano Dimension Ltd. also declined following the Israeli
company's announcement that it would sell 33.3 million ADRs to
investors at $7.50 apiece. The company closed down 7.5% at
$8.15
Fly Leading Ltd. ADRs dropped 7.6% to close at $9.73 after
S&P Global Ratings downgraded the aircraft-leasing company's
credit rating to BB- with a negative outlook. A continuing spate of
new Covid-19 cases around the world is weighing on air travel,
S&P said, adding that the trend will likely weaken Fly's
earnings and credit profile through next year.
