(the “Company”) is furnishing this Current Report on Form 8-K to provide certain financial information of Windstream Holdings II, LLC, successor in interest to Windstream Holdings, Inc., and consolidated subsidiaries (collectively, “Windstream”) as of and for the three months ended March 31, 2021. The financial information was provided to the Company by Windstream; the Company did not assist in the preparation or review of this financial information and makes no representation as to its accuracy.
