Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On November 5, 2020, Sunrun Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2020. In the press release, the Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on November 5, 2020 to discuss its financial results for the quarter ended September 30, 2020. The full text of the press release is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
