Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On July 30, 2020, Standard AVB Financial Corp. (the “Company”), the holding company for Standard Bank, PaSB, announced the financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020. The earnings release containing the financial results is included as Exhibit 99.1 and shall not be deemed “filed” for any purpose.

On July 30, 2020, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.221 per share to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 10, 2020 and payable on August 24, 2020.
