Nemaura Medical Inc. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended March 31, 2023 (the “Form 10-K”) by the original due date for such filing, without unreasonable effort or expense. As previously disclosed, on May 25, 2023, the Audit Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors appointed Weinberg & Co. as the Company’s new independent registered public accounting firm. The Company requires additional time to complete its financial statements to be included in the Form 10-K. The Company expects that it will file the Form 10-K no later than July 14, 2023.
