On August 7, 2019, Nemaura Medical, Inc. issued a press release announcing the first shipments of SugarBEAT® to diabetic and pre-diabetic patients in the United Kingdom as part of the first phase of its rollout program following its recent CE approval. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1.
