Item 8.01 Other Events.

Compliance with Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Rule

On February 15, 2023, Iveda Solutions, Inc. (“Iveda”) was notified by Nasdaq Listing Qualifications that Iveda regained compliance with the minimum bid price rule in Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) as a result of the closing bid price of Iveda’s common stock being $1.00 per share or greater for a minimum of 10 consecutive business days, and that the matter is now closed.
