SAN DIEGO, Nov. 12, 2010 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Gen-Probe Incorporated (Nasdaq: GPRO) announced today that the Company will webcast its annual briefing for institutional investors and financial analysts at 1 p.m. Pacific Time (PT)  / 4 p.m. Eastern Time (ET) on Thursday, December 16, 2010.  The event, to be held at Gen-Probe headquarters in San Diego, will feature presentations by senior management on the Company's current business and future growth strategies.  The meeting and webcast are expected to conclude at 4:30 p.m. PT / 7:30 p.m. ET.
