Resignation of Named Executive Officer

On June 2, 2010, Sue Childs notified EDGAR® Online, Inc. that she is voluntarily resigning from her position as Executive Vice President, Marketing and Business Development. Ms. Child’s resignation will be effective on or about June 30, 2010.
