Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On July 29, 2021, Atlassian Corporation Plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its results for the quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report on Form 6-K and is incorporated by reference herein. The Company also issued a letter to its shareholders announcing its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended June 30, 2021 (the “Shareholder Letter”).
