Hong Kong Dollar Declines From New Multi-week High Against Greenback

The Hong Kong dollar that jumped to a new multi-week high of
7.78 against its US counterpart at the beginning of Friday's Asian
session pared some of its gains shortly. The domestic currency is
currently quoted at 7.7877 against the greenback, down from 7.7832
hit late New York Thursday. In near-term, 7.7890 is seen as the
next likely support level for the Hong Kong unit.
