25-year period has stalled as key details are yet to be approved by
the country's cabinet, Reuters reports, citing unnamed sources.
-- Iraq's oil ministry didn't agree on financial details with
all government departments needed to approve the deal, Reuters
reports, citing three unnamed Iraqi oil ministry and industry
sources involved or familiar with the negotiations.
--The deal needs approval from a new Iraqi cabinet, including
new oil and finance ministers, who won't be in place until at least
the end of March, according to Reuters.
