Sale of the Solis building in Les Ulis (91) for €11.0 million

Paris, 13 July 2016: MRM (Euronext code ISIN: FR0000060196), a real estate company specialising in retail and office property, announces today the sale of Solis, an office building located in Les Ulis (91), to a private property investment company, for €11.0 million (excluding transfer taxes). This 10,400 sqm building is fully occupied by a sole tenant.

The sale of the Solis building is part of MRM's strategic drive to refocus progressively on retail property ownership and management. This disposal has increased to €66.9 million the total amount of office asset disposition proceeds since MRM launched its strategy in June 2013. Solis is the sixth office disposition out of the nine properties held by MRM at that date.

MRM was advised on this transaction by CBRE Global Investors, asset manager, as well as by notary firm Lasaygues et Associés.

Calendar

MRM's 2016 first-half results are due for publication on 29 July 2016 before market opening.
