AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group N.V. Announces 2020 Final Dividend
Amsterdam, 6 May

Information) --- AMG Advanced Metallurgical Group
N.V. (“AMG”, EURONEXT AMSTERDAM: “AMG”) is pleased to announce that
during the Annual General Meeting, held on May 6, 2021, AMG's
shareholders approved the payment of a dividend of €0.20 per
ordinary share over the financial year 2020. The interim dividend
of €0.10, paid on August 13, 2020, was deducted from the amount
distributed to shareholders. The final dividend per ordinary share
therefore amounts to €0.10.
Payment of the final dividend will be completed
on May 13, 2021, to shareholders of record on May 11, 2021. The
ex-dividend date is May 10, 2021. Dutch withholding tax will be
deducted from the dividend at a rate of 15%.
