Ageas reports on the progress of share buy-back programme

Further to the initiation of the share buy-back programme announced on 7 August 2019, Ageas reports the purchase of 38,011 Ageas shares on Euronext Brussels in the period from 16-09-2019 until 20-09-2019.

Since the start of the share buy-back programme on 19 August 2019, Ageas has bought back 230,561 shares for a total amount of EUR 11,315,732. This corresponds to 0.12% of the total shares outstanding.
