                          Sale of Cheltenham property


The Board of Documedia Solutions plc ("Documedia") is pleased to announce that
it has today completed on the sale of its freehold property in Cheltenham.  The
property has a book value of #746,027 and is being disposed of for an aggregate
minimum price of #765,000 of which #76,500 has been paid on exchange of
contracts and #523,500 has been paid on completion. The balance of #165,000 will
be paid 21 months after completion. In addition, a deferred payment will become
due as to one third of the rents received by the new owner from the property in
the 24 months following completion of the sale.

The company is leasing a part of the building to house its continuing operations
in Cheltenham.
