(OTC:GFAM) (BULLETIN BOARD: GFAM) (the "Company") today announced that, in a strategic shift to facilitate growth in the parks industry, it has named a new member to its Board of Directors as well as a new President/COO. The Board appointed Dale Van Voorhis as the President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company. Mr. Van Voorhis previously served as a Director of the Company from December 2003 through December 2006. During his previous tenure at the Company, Mr. Van Voorhis served on the Audit Committee as Chairman and Financial Expert. From December 2003-2006, Mr. Van Voorhis served as Chief Financial Officer, President and Director of GFAM Management Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company. Larry Eastland, will remain as Chairman and CEO of the Company. The management change was made to simplify GFAM's management operations into a strategic position ready for growth in its parks business. In addition, Mr. Van Voorhis has been the President of Amusement Business Consultants, Inc., an amusement industry consulting company, since its inception in 1994. GFAM also announced that it has named Stan Harper, founder of the Company's most recent acquisition, Park Staffing Services ("PSS"), as a member of its Board of Directors. Mr. Harper will also be a Vice President of the Company. He will be responsible for the direction of support and service companies, which the Company may acquire in the future. Park Staffing Services is a flexible staffing (also known as temporary staffing) firm based in Bakersfield, CA. PSS provides manufacturing, construction and office personnel on a contractual basis. The Company plans on expanding PSS to manage staffing of the amusement attractions that the Company's theme park division expects to acquire.
