EDISON, N.J., Dec. 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE:CLI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.45 per common share (indicating an annual rate of $1.80 per common share, paid in cash) for the period October 1, 2009 through December 31, 2009. The dividend will be paid on January 15, 2010 to shareholders of record as of January 6, 2010. The Board also declared a cash dividend on the Company's 8 percent Series C cumulative redeemable perpetual preferred stock ($25 liquidation value per depositary share, each representing 1/100th of a share of preferred stock) equal to $0.50 per depositary share for the period October 15, 2009 through January 14, 2010. The dividend will be paid on January 15, 2010 to shareholders of record as of January 6, 2010.
