The Board of Telspec plc announces that Jim Webster has resigned from the Board
as non-executive director with effect from 22 December 2003.


The Board would like to express their thanks for the help and assistance given
by Jim to the company since he joined on 27 October 2000.


The Board hope to announce the appointment of a further non-executive director
in the near future.
