Item 8.01. Other Events.

On January 18, 2023, after market close, Oblong, Inc. (the"Company") received a written notification from The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) confirming that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement (the “Minimum Bid Price Requirement”) for continued listing on Nasdaq pursuant to Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) and that the matter is now closed.

On January 19, 2023, the Company issued a press release announcing the notification and its compliance with the Minimum Bid Price Requirement. The above description is qualified in its entirety by reference to the press release, a copy of which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
