DOW JONES NEWSWIRES

The following table lists unplanned and planned production outages at U.S. refineries as reported by Dow Jones Newswires. The information is compiled from both official and unofficial refining sources and doesn't purport to be a comprehensive list.

Tesoro Corp. (TSO) is in the process of restarting its Golden Eagle refinery in Martinez, Calif., refinery after experiencing a three-hour power outage Wednesday, a company spokesman said Thursday.

A mechanical problem caused unplanned flaring at Royal Dutch Shell's (RDS.A) 156,000 barrel-a-day refinery in Martinez, Calif., early Sunday morning, according to a filing with state regulators.

Tesoro said that its Anacortes, Wash., refinery, rocked by a deadly explosion in April, will return to normal operating rates by the end of this week.
