(to be renamed Delaware Investments Colorado Municipal Income Fund, Inc. on January 2, 2008), Delaware Investments National Municipal Income Fund (formerly Delaware Investments Florida Insured Municipal Income Fund) and Delaware Investments Minnesota Municipal Income Fund II, Inc.
