lithium-ion battery recycling, today announced it will hold a
virtual-only annual meeting of stockholders on Thursday, May 23,
2024 at 9 a.m. PT.
The meeting will be conducted via live audio
webcast and can be accessed

record of the Company’s common shares as of April 5, 2024, are
