or you can just provide him all of the links to the ongoing series of YouTube pump pieces that have set the PPS on fire!! the YouTube guys Poet has used have a very large number of Followers, they did an awesome job pumping this up!! I wonder if all those YouTuber pump pieces were actually orchestrated by the one large "Institutional" investor as a means to ring the register some after the big buy-in
latest Zachs report is showing 2025 revenues at 5 million, presumably for 800gbs, and Poet is in development of 1.6T but they are using InP modulators which are POWER HUNGRY and likely won't cut it any longer at 1.6T and beyond, the Industry has already decided they need low power modulators for true next-gen solutions, there are really only two front runner technologies being considered, one of them can't scale in volume for at least the next 3 years if ever
Also, do some research on Interposers there has been an absolute ton of progress in the past few years by multiple companies, Poet has a great Interposer solution, but certainly not the only solution out there

Zacks report is a dartboard Proto, in June their valuation estimate was $7.60, in October, after the Mitsubishi announcement, it was $6.37.
Given that POET buyout of Sananโs interest is pending, best to see if there is any revenue coming along with that. They are building out manufacturing capacity in China and Malaysia.
Iโm far more interested in what will come from Luxshare, Foxconn and Mitsubishi each of whom have major supply relationships with MAMAA (formerly FAANG). One known fact is that they all want 1.6/3.2T ASAP.

Pretty quiet over here, so Iโll post a link a link to an update.

So the Penang based Globetronics will be doing contract assembly for POET, additional specialized equipment is being brought in by POET and GT is kicking in an additional investment of about $1.5 million. POET is buying out Sananโs interest in SuperPhotonics (SPX) and it appears it will be 100% POET owned (for now). Finalization and details to follow in the coming few weeks, hopefully with orders and perhaps revenues from SPX to be revealed.
1q25 should bring the joint efforts of Mitsubishi and POET on 1.6/3.2T modules to light. With Foxconn and Luxshare also on board, the biggest suppliers to the biggest end users in the world are now all in and POET looks to be a dominant player in both current (800G)and future generations. 2025 should (finally) reveal the potential of POETโs platform across transceiver and AI light source technologies as well as several new verticals waiting to embrace its versatility. Institutions are jumping on board, itโs very possible the chart pattern established in 2024 will continue in 2025.
Enjoy the holidays and the ride that has just begun, Strik, hope you didnโt sell all at $3.
