On February 7, 2024, iPower Inc., a Nevada corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing it will hold a conference call to discuss its first second quarter financial results on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time.

(Nasdaq: IPW) (“iPower” or the “Company”), a tech and data-driven online retailer and supplier of consumer home and garden products, as well as a provider of value-added ecommerce services, will host a conference call on Wednesday, February 14, 2024 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern time to discuss its financial results for the fiscal second quarter ended December 31, 2023.
