On February 1, 2024, SideChannel, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the schedule for stockholders and investors to join quarterly conference calls announcing and discussing quarterly financial results and corporate updates of the Company.

Financial Results & Corporate Update Conference Calls

First Quarter Conference Call & webcast on February 7, 2024 at 4:30 pm ET

WORCESTER, MA / ACCESSWIRE / February 1, 2024 / SideChannel, Inc. (OTCQB:SDCH) (“SideChannel”), a provider of cybersecurity services and technology to emerging and middle market companies, announced its schedule for releasing fiscal year 2024 financial results and providing corporate updates.

SideChannel will host four calls with its stockholders during 2024 at the end of each quarter to discuss its financial results and provide an update on corporate initiatives. The conference calls will be held on the following dates with each occurring at 4:30 P.M. Eastern Time:
