Change in Senior Management Personnel

Adsure Services PLC ("Adsure" or the "Group"), a specialist business assurance provider, is pleased to announce strategic changes to the Corporate Leadership Team at TIAA Limited ("TIAA"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Adsure.

Jane Butterfield joined TIAA in 2015 as a Business Assurance Manager and previously worked for a large housing provider for 17 years. Jane has been appointed to the Corporate Leadership Team as Operations Director and will work alongside David Foley, previously Director of Risk & Advisory, who has been appointed as Advisory Director. The Corporate Leadership Team members Jane and David will be responsible for the workforce and delivery of TIAA's strategic objectives across all the core services and core markets.

To support the restructured Corporate Leadership Team, a new Senior Management Team will be formed concentrating on specific industries and sectors in which the business operates.

As part of these changes to the Corporate Leadership Team, Peter Harrison will be stepping down from his role as Director of Risk & Assurance at TIAA.
