Elbit Systems Awarded Contracts from the Israel
Ministry Of Defense in an Aggregate Material Amount
Haifa, Israel, December 18, 2023 – Elbit Systems Ltd. (NASDAQ: ESLT and TASE: ESLT) (“Elbit
Systems” or the “Company”) announced today, in furtherance of the Company's report from November 28, 2023, that since the beginning of the Swords of Iron War, it has
been awarded a series of contracts by the Israel Ministry of Defense (IMOD) in an aggregate amount that is material to the Company.
As reported by the Company on 28 November, 2023, since the beginning of the Swords of Iron War, Elbit Systems has experienced a
considerable increased demand for its solutions from the IMOD compared to the routine levels of demand. The developments related to the war are difficult to predict. Subject to future developments, the IMOD's increased demand for the Company's
products and solutions may continue and could generate material additional orders to the Company.
