Admission to the Aquis Growth Market

Adsure Services PLC ("Adsure" or the "Group"), a specialist business assurance provider, is pleased to announce that dealings in its Ordinary Shares of GBP0.005 each (Ordinary Shares) will commence from 8:00 am today, 30 October 2023, on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market under the ticker symbol ADS and ISIN number GB00BNQNGK59.

On Admission, the Company will have 10,582,440 Ordinary Shares in issue and the market capitalisation of the Company will be approximately GBP4,762,098.
