Explanatory Note

 

NXG NextGen Infrastructure Income Fund (the “registrant” or the “Fund”) is filing this amendment to its Form N-CSR for the period ended November 30, 2022, originally filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on February 6, 2023 (Accession Number 0001398344-23- 002233), for the purpose of updating Item 1l(b) to reference the entire period covered by the report and updating the certifications filed as exhibits pursuant to Item 13(a)(2) to address the entire period covered by the report.

 

Items 1 through 10 and Items 12 through 13 (excluding Items 13(a)(2) and 13(b)) are incorporated by reference from the Original Filing.
