On October 4, 2023, Hoth Therapeutics, Inc. (the “Company”) filed Articles of Incorporation with the State of Nevada for the formation of a new wholly-owned subsidiary, merveille.ai (“Merveille”). Merveille shall focus on drug discovery for rare diseases utilizing artificial intelligence.
