American Clean Resources Group, Inc. (the “Company”) could not timely file without unreasonable effort or expense its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2023 because of delays with the financial statement preparation. The Company expects to file its Form 10-Q on or before August 21, 2023.
