Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 4, 2021, FTS International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2021. The Company also announced that it would be holding a conference call on May 5, 2021 to discuss these results. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
