Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain
Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On March 19, 2021, a director of View, Inc. (the Company), Tommy Cheung,
resigned. Mr. Cheung had served as a member of the Companys board of directors since March 8, 2021. This resignation is not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter related to the Companys operations,
policies, or practices.
