France's Dassault Systemes SE is acquiring the remaining shares
in Massachusetts-based NuoDB, both companies said Wednesday.
The French software maker already had a 16% ownership interest
in the provider of a cloud-native SQL database that booked revenue
of roughly $6 million in 2019.
The deal is scheduled to close in December, they said.
The companies didn't disclose the financial details of the
transaction.
