INmune Bio, Inc. (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders on September 30, 2020. Each share of the Company’s Common Stock was entitled to one vote per share. The matters voted upon and the results are set forth below.

Proposal One: Election of Directors.

Stockholders elected each of the following nominees as director to hold office until the next annual meeting of the Company’s stockholders and until his or her successor is elected and qualified.
