(b) On September 10, 2019, Ralph N. Strayhorn, III
resigned from the board of directors of Carolina Trust BancShares, Inc. (the “Company”) and its wholly owned subsidiary, Carolina Trust Bank, effective immediately.
Mr. Strayhorn’s resignation is not due to any disagreement with the Company related to its operations, policies, or practices.
